What sort of products or Services are prohibited

All users MUST comply with all applicable laws, the Terms of Use and any additional platform rules and policies.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of goods and services that are prohibited

  1. Narcotics, steroids, and any drugs or medications that require a prescription from a licensed medical specialist
  2. Weapons
  3. Restricted military/police items

To enjoy shopping on, you need to follow our simple guide:

1- Search for the item by using a search panel with filters an find what you need.

2- Contact the Seller (You may chat or call the seller via phone and set up a meeting face to face, discuss some details or negotiate about the price.)

3- Pickup your item or order a delivery (We check our sellers carefully, but it’s always better to check twice, right? Meet with the seller in a public place and be sure to pay only after you get the item.

4- Leave your feedback about the seller and your overall experience (This helps in building a safer and functioning community)

How to leave feedback about the seller?

1- Navigate to “Post Your Rating” section which can be found on each ad

2- Select a star rating level 1 – 5  and provide a detailed comment about your experience.

How to report illegal activity

If you see something suspicious, please report the problem:

1- Click on “Report abuse”, which you can find on each ad


2- Select a reason from the dropdown

3- Optionally (Enter additional notes to further elaborate) and Submit

Should I pay before or after?

We highly recommend not to send any form of prepayment. Meet face to face in a public place, inspect the product and — if you are satisfied — pay for it.

1- Meet with sellers face to face in a public place

2- Check out the item’s quality and make sure that it lives up your expectations before you make payment.

3- Never give out your financial information that could be misused

4- Be attentive and avoid scams and frauds, such as fake payment services, fee requests or requests to use money transfer services.

5- Be careful and check the company’s background twice

  • Don’t submit any upfront fees for a job application
  • Don’t go to the remote or unfamiliar places for an interview
  • Don’t disclose any personal information like a bank account number or photocopy of your ID
  • Use common sense
  • Please, avoid anything that appears too good to be true, such unrealistically low prices or promises of quick money.

We try to check our sellers carefully, but it’s almost impossible to vouch for each of them. Expectations matter, and to avoid disappointments, we strongly recommend you meet with sellers face to face in a public place. Review the product first, and pay for it only if you are satisfied.

How do I post an ad ?

Posting ads on is easy and fast, just take the following steps to proceed:

1- Click on SELL

2- Complete all the information about your item such as titlecategory, fields marked with * must be completed

Complete Price Type, YouTube Video link, Tags, Photos

3- Price Type allows you to specify if the item price is Fixed, Negotiable or Bidding.

4- Add a YouTube video link to your ad to boost your sales (Premium Services)

5- Tag your product or service (Premium Services)


Complete Country, State and Address

6- In the address field, we advise users enter an approximate location (such as street address only or district) for security reason, never enter your house number

 NOTE: Using the address field help nearby users to find your product or services easily when using the nearby search feature.

7- You can also enable bidding for your item, which will allow buyers to make an offer and you receive instant notifications about such offers

8- After filling out the required fields, click on “SUBMIT” button.

NOTE: Your advert will be published shortly once the moderation process is completed. Once your advert is live, you will receive an email notification. Be ready  to receive numerous incoming calls from your potential buyers. Good luck with your sales!

What happens after posting an ad on ?

1- Our moderators will review your ad very carefully and if all the fields are filled out correctly, it will be activated shortly.

2- Your ad will be available on our website only when it has been approved moderators.

3- You will receive an email notification when your ad is live. If there is something wrong with your advert, you will be notified about that and all the mistakes will be specified so that you can edit your advert correspondingly

4- After publishing your advert, you can edit it again if needed and repost. Once done, your advert undergoes moderation before being live on

5- You can delete or deactivate your advert any time you want.

6- You can decide to feature or top up your ad in order to boost your sales

7- You shouldn’t publish adverts of the same content. They will be considered duplicates by our moderators and won’t go active on the website. See our  Terms of Use

8- You can always manage your ads by logging in to your account and clicking on Profile Pic/Icon > Profile

What rules apply when posting an ad on ?

1- Every advert must have a precise title.

2- Every advert should contain only unique images (taken by the seller and not downloaded from the Internet) without any contact information or watermarks.

3- Every advert must contain images.

4- Select the the appropriate category.

5- The prices of your items must correspond to the real prices of similar products.

6- All posted products and/or services must be located in the country in which the user is based

7- All items and products must be legally permitted.

8- Each item for sale must be posted separately. Do not post several products within one and the same advert.

9- Every advert must contain a brief and clear description.

What are the tips for creating an effective ad ?

If you really want to create a great ad, it is highly recommended to follow the instructions below:

1- Use a clear title which includes the name of the item you sell. Titles should be very appealing

2- The price for your item must be relevant and realistic.

3- The description of your product must be informative enough and mustn’t contain any false information regarding your product or service.

4- Upload only unique and high-quality photos of your items taken by yourself and not downloaded from the Internet. The more quality photos you add, the more attractive your ad looks to the potential buyers and the more calls you receive.

5- Indicate correct contact details for the potential buyers/clients to be able to reach you easily. Try to respond all the incoming calls or to call back your customers once available.

6- Geo tag your post. Street Name or District should be enough, by doing this buyers nearby can also search for items within a certain proximity

7- Try to fill out all the fields of your profile page, to let your customers dispose of all the necessary information about you as a seller and the products you sell.

8- The better rating you have on our website, the more chances you get to attract a lot of buyers. Remember that it is important to build trust in your business. Your rating depends on the number of positive/negative feedback received from your previous customers.

9-Make your advert as risk-free as possible. Underline that no prepayments are required and be ready to list those delivery services which presuppose payment on the delivery of the product ordered.

Why was my advert not approved ?

There are several reasons why

1- You tried to post several items within one ad. It is not allowed to do that. Each item for sale must be posted separately, one ad – one product.

2- Uploaded Photos contain contact number

3- There are certain restrictions concerning prices users might set. Please, input an appropriate price for your advert to be approved. If the price is not relevant, it may be declined.

4- Duplicate Ads

5- The content of your ads goes against  our Terms of Use

I've posted my ad but I can't find it on, why?

1- Your ad is still being moderated. In other to make a safe and thriving marketplace, we ensure every ad posted is moderated

2- Check your email inbox. There you will get a notification when your advert goes live. Also, if there is something wrong with your advert, we’ll specify the reason

3- Important! If you make some changes in your advert, it must pass the moderation one more time. Temporarily we won’t show it in search results.

How long will my ads stay on the site?

Your ads remain on the site for 90 days (since the date of the last update) before they are automatically deactivated or until you decide to deactivate them.
